Luca Philipp has been a TSG Hoffenheim player since the age of 12. The goalkeeper progressed through all the youth categories from that point onwards until reaching the U23s. Then, in July 2020, the academy product moved up to the senior squad, signing a professional contract until 30 June 2022. “We’re continuing to pursue our policy of promoting young players from the academy to the first-team squad,” said TSG director of football Alexander Rosen.
