TSG Hoffenheim and Bitburger extend their partnership

It is a first-class relationship that is now going to be renewed once again. TSG Hoffenheim and its beer partner Bitburger have extended their extraordinarily long-lasting cooperation until 30 June 2026. The partnership between the Bundesliga football team and the Eifel-based brewery began with the opening of what is now the PreZero Arena in January 2009 and will have lasted for 17 years by the time the new contract expires.

"In my professional career, I have worked almost exclusively with the Bitburger brewery. That is also why there is great trust in the people at the helm. Bitburger's expertise when it comes to sponsorship is already one-of-a-kind – just like its beer," said TSG managing director Denni Strich. "We look forward to working together to come up with a number of great ideas and moments for our fans."

Marco Boor, head of sponsoring at Bitburger, added: "We are very pleased to continue our long-standing partnership with TSG Hoffenheim, which, as an innovative and sympathetic club, perfectly fit with our values and our brand. We are proud to continue to be an official beer partner and to be able to offer our premium products to fans. For the future, we wish you continued sporting success and can look forward to several projects together."

The portfolio of services offered under the business premium partnership agreement includes extensive title use rights, as well as the right to deliver and serve Bitburger products. In addition, the brewery will once again offer extensive promotions such as stadium tours and meet & greets.

The most successful German draught beer brand were among the first business premium partners at TSG. With the opening of what was then called the Rhein-Neckar-Arena on 24 January 2009, the "Bitburger Treff" fan pub and the "Bitburger Kurve" fan stand were also opened. Since then, the drinks of the family-owned business, founded in 1817 in the South Eifel, have also been served in the stadium of TSG Hoffenheim.
