Hoogma moves to Heracles Almelo

Justin Hoogma is leaving TSG Hoffenheim. The 23-year-old defender, who was recently loaned to fellow Bundesliga club SpVgg Greuther Fürth, is returning to his homeland with immediate effect and joining Dutch top-flight outfit Heracles Almelo – the club he left to move to the Kraichgau in the summer of 2017. During his time in Germany, he made two Bundesliga appearances and played two Europa League matches for TSG. His best moment in a Hoffenheim shirt was his 90-minute appearance in the Champions League group stages against Manchester City in October 2018 (2-1 defeat). Prior to joining Greuther Fürth on loan, he also spent loan spells with second-tier outfit FC St. Pauli and Dutch top-tier side FC Utrecht.
