Back at your seat - season ticket sales underway for existing customers

"This is excellent news for many TSG fans and our loyal season ticket holders who, like the entire TSG family, have waited so long for this. The new Coronavirus Protection Regulations enable us to finally fulfill the many requests we have received for a season ticket offer while maintaining our usual matchday experience. After careful consideration, we have decided that the advantages of the 2G option model clearly outweigh the negatives for our stadium visitors in the current situation. After over a year and a half, we are delighted to be able to offer you all your familiar and much-loved seats again," says TSG managing director Frank Briel. "And we are doing this with full conviction that we will provide as safe a stadium experience as possible.. We would like to thank all our supporters who, by saying 'yes' to their season ticket, are making clear their commitment to TSG and our team. We need you!"

However, as tickets for the next home match against Hertha BSC have already gone on sale individually, this fixture will take place in line with the current 3G model.

The advance sale for existing season ticket customers from 2019/2020 is now underway via our online shop and will run up to 14:00 CET on Monday, 8 November. If the regular seats are not converted by then, we will cancel the reservation and release the seats for the next sales phase. Please note that you will then no longer be counted as a season ticket holder and will therefore give up your regular seats.

The sale of season tickets to TSG members will start on Tuesday, 9 November at 14:00 CET. Open sale will start on Wednesday, 10 November at 14:00 CET. The ticket limit is eight season tickets per member or fan. All necessary information is listed in the text below.

Individual tickets for the home match against RB Leipzig (Sat. 20.11 - 15.30) will go on sale to TSG members on Thursday, 11 November at 10:00 CET. Open sale will start one day later on Friday, 12 November, also at 10:00 CET. The ticket limit is eight tickets per member or fan. How can I obtain my season ticket?

For the first time, we are offering all existing season ticket customers from the 2019/2020 season a mobile season ticket in addition to the classic chip season ticket. You can select the format via the shipping method in the online shop before completing the booking. After completing the booking, the purchased season ticket(s) will be in your customer account in the online shop under "My Account" under "My Tickets". There you can obtain your season ticket(s) and save them to your Wallet (Android and Apple Wallet). Alternatively, we also offer a Print@Home ticket for the mobile season ticket, which can also be obtained and printed afterwards. Please note that with the Print@Home version, the next home match is always assigned to the VRN ticket attached. This means that when using the VRN, the ticket must always be obtained and printed out again before each match. This is not necessary with the digital ticket version in your wallet!

Please note that we will send out the physical season tickets by the end of calendar week 45. We do not currently have any ticket preprints - these will only arrive at a later date. Therefore, we cannot offer on-site sales at the PreZero Arena. How much time do I have to buy season tickets?

Season tickets are available until Friday, 7 January at 14:00 CET via our online shop. Season ticket sales to TSG members will start on Tuesday, 09 November 2021 at 14:00 CET- open sale starts one day later on Wednesday, 10 November 2021 at 14:00 CET. From this point on, we will only offer "Mobile Season Tickets" due to the short shipping times for the next Bundesliga home game - physical season tickets will be reserved for existing customers from the 2019/2020 season.

How much does a season ticket for the rest of the season cost?

For the remainder of the 2021/22 season, we are charging 12/17ths of the regular season ticket price. The prices are the same as in the 2019/2020 Bundesliga season - prices remain the same at TSG Hoffenheim even during the Covid crisis. We have made a conscious decision against price increases, especially in these times.

The price of the season ticket will be reduced by 1/12th of the above price after each home match until 07 January 2022.

Important information:

An additional ticket (TSG Special Event 1) is also enclosed. These can be used for a friendly match or an event at the end of the season. Please keep this ticket in a safe place - we will inform you when the tickets can be used for a match/event. For chip season ticket holders, the game will automatically be activated on the chip season ticket (plastic card). We would like to make it clear that the ticket may end up having no use at all.

What are the 2G rules in the PreZero Arena?

As a result of the Coronavirus Protection Regulations, which came into force on 15 October this year, TSG Hoffenheim will once again be able to make use of the full capacity of the PreZero Arena (30,150 spectators) for the home match against RB Leipzig. The prerequisite for this is the application of the so-called 2G option model. This means that anyone who is vaccinated or recovered can watch the game live on Saturday, 20 November (15:30 CET).

Under the Coronavirus Protection Regulations, exceptions apply to children up to the age of seven and school pupils who, as a result of weekly testing, can be considered to be of 2G status. However, young people from the age of 15 who attend a secondary school or a vocational school must present a student card or confirmation from the school as proof. Persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons may also visit the PreZero Arena in Sinsheim with a medical certificate and an up-to-date rapid test (not older than 24 hours and valid until the end of the event).

For all TSG fans who fulfill the 2G conditions, the following restrictions apply: 

• After the 2G check and access at the turnstile, mandatory mask wearing no longer applies
• Every seated/standing place may be occupied
• Social distancing regulations no longer apply in circulation areas. Food and drinks may be consumed in the designated areas again.
• Smoking areas are being reestablished in the perimeter areas (along the outer fences)

Ticket personalisation continues to be carried out by the ticket purchaser, who must ensure contact tracking of the ticket users and provide data to the health authorities upon request.

Please note that entry slots will remain a feature at all further home matches. This allows us to carry out accurate controls for the 2G regulations.  The access slots can be found on our homepage https://www.tsg-hoffenheim.de/hygienekonzept under the heading "Downloads".

At the home match against Hertha BSC (29 October, 20:30 CET), the 3G regulations with a maximum capacity of 50% in a checkerboard pattern still apply. Please make note of the applicable hygiene concept.

I am a season-ticket holder from the 2019/20 season and would live to transfer my season ticket to someone else. Is this possible?
