Change to the Stadium Regulations

3.1 Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. The PreZero Arena can reach a level of noise that can damage hearing. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the fact that children in particular must wear ear protection and be appropriately placed in the PreZero Arena.

5.5 At events, visitors may only occupy the seat allocated to them (usually the seat indicated on the admission ticket or on the authorisation pass for the respective event) and may only use the designated entrances to get there. For wheelchair users, the seats are located in blocks I to N. This area is exclusively available to wheelchair users and accompanying persons. Other visitors are not permitted to enter or remain in the wheelchair area, especially during the match.

5.7 Smoking in the PreZero Arena is prohibited. This also includes the use of any e-cigarettes or vapourisers. Separate smoking areas are designated.

13.1 Persons falling under the scope of these Stadium Regulations are prohibited from carrying the following items:

- bulky items such as large umbrellas (only pocket umbrellas are permitted), ladders, stools, chairs, boxes, suitcases, motorbike helmets, bicycle helmets

- backpacks, bags or handbags ("bags") larger than 21x30cm (DIN A4), with the exception of bags with one compartment (e.g. gym bags or cloth bags). Spectators in the wheelchair area are exempt from this rule.

- drinks of all kinds, unless this is permitted in special exceptional cases (e.g. drinks specially intended for small children or closed non-alcoholic drinks in drinks cartons up to a maximum of 0.5 litres per person).

- food of all kinds, with the exception of food for small children as well as fruit and small snacks (e.g. muesli bars, chocolate bars) in reasonable quantities. The provision of food and drinks in the stadium is guaranteed at reasonable prices.

- Power banks and extra batteries

13.2 Permitted items

- In the seated area: flags with poles of a length of up to 1.5m whose diameter does not exceed 3cm

- - Due to official fire safety regulations, banners with greetings and shirt requests for the players must be handed in to the stewards at the entrance to the PreZero Arena and can be collected from there for use ten (10) minutes before the end of the match
