Season opener against Stade de Reims on 31 July

You are back with us! Following the decision of the State and Senate Chancelleries on Tuesday, 6 July 2021 in conjunction with the Coronavirus Regulation of the State of Baden-Württemberg of 28 June 2021, we are able to start the new season with 15,075 fans.

That means TSG Hoffenheim can play their home games with 50% of the capacity of the PreZero Arena (including standing room in blocks S1 and S2), provided the incidence value does not rise above 35. However, masks (FFP 2 or medical masks) must be worn until you reach your seat. Tickets will be sold in a chequerboard pattern*. Further requirements for entry into the arena are the 3G rules (negative coronavirus rapid test within 24 hours of the game or evidence of vaccination or recovery from Covid-19), as well as contact tracing using TSG's guest registration form or the LUCA app. In addition, as in the past season, we will use time slots for entry again – you will find these updated before each game on our homepage under the menu item Hygiene concept – at the bottom under "Downloads"!

Season ticket holders will now be entitled to pre-purchase the number of tickets equal to the number of season tickets they hold (from the 2019/2020 season) for the game against Stade de Reims. The season opener will take place on Saturday, 31 July 2021 at 15:30 CET in the PreZero Arena. Tickets can be purchased as Print@Home or mobile tickets in the online shop until Monday, 26 July 2021 (12:00 CET). The right to pre-purchase tickets will expire after that time. Please note that the event will only be visible after you have logged in. If you have any questions or problems, please contact ticketing@tsg-hoffenheim.de.

Tickets are €10 in the price categories 1A (block J-M) and 1B (block I&N), €7 in the price categories 2A (block B-F & O-Q), 2B (block R&T) and the family block (block U&V) and €5 in the standing areas (block S1&S2) and in the wheelchair area. Advance sales to TSG members will start at 12:01 CET on Monday, 26 July 2021. Open sales will begin one day later on Tuesday, 27 July 2021 at 10:00 CET. Tickets are available exclusively through our online shop. There are no limits on the number of tickets available to members or during the open sales period.

Please note: We will inform you in due time in October/November 2021 about the possible sales of classic season tickets for the second half of the season. We have deliberately decided to wait and observe the continuing dynamic developments in the coming weeks.

In order to ensure smooth and fast access to the PreZero Arena, we ask all fans to use the digital access procedure. You can find the rules and information below. As part of the review of the documents under the 3G system, there will be an earlier check before you get to the actual entry control point. All visitors must have their ID card/passport and one of the 3G documents ready for inspection.  For all visitors who bring the required documents with them in digital form (Corona-Warn app, LUCA app or CovPass) and have uploaded rapid digital tests in the Corona-Warn app and LUCA app, there will be "Fast lanes" at each access point for faster access. Experience has shown that checks of "analogue" 3G documents may take a long time.

IMPORTANT: We ask you to always pass on this information when you buy tickets for third parties.

Quick facts:

  1. Guest registration
  • Before entering the PreZero Arena, check in with the LUCA app via QR code or bring a completed guest registration form (see download) with you. We ask all visitors to use the digital option in the LUCA app.
  1. Masks
  • Wearing an FFP2 or medical mask is mandatory at all times in the PreZero Arena until you reach your seat. Other masks, for example masks made of fabric or fan scarves, are not accepted.
  1. The 3Gs: COVID-19 test, evidence of vaccination or recovery from a previous infection

In order to enter the PreZero Arena, all ticket holders aged 6 and over must use one of the following options:

Option A: Tested (rapid antigen test or PCR)

  • A negative COVID-19 test result (rapid antigen test, not older than 24 hours or PCR test, not older than 48 hours). Home self-tests are not permitted!
  • We recommend: Download either the LUCA app (download for Android/iOS) or the Corona-Warn app (download for Android/iOS) on your mobile phone. Book a test at a test site in Germany that works with the Corona-Warn app or the LUCA app

LUCA app: You can book your appointment directly in the app by tapping on the calendar icon.

Corona-Warn app: You can find suitable test sites for the Corona-Warn app throughout Germany at https://map.schnelltestportal.de/

  • On match day, have your mobile phone with the LUCA app or the Corona-Warn app ready. Show your test results in conjunction with your ID card/passport at the 3G check point.
  • All other regional testing sites that are not affiliated with the LUCA app or Corona-Warn app are also permitted. However, they cannot be used for the "Fast Lane" or "Digital 3G evidence" lines. The checks will take longer as a result of this.

Option B: Fully vaccinated

  • Your vaccination will only be considered valid if you have received the second dose, provided it is a two-dose vaccine).
  • At least 14 days must have passed since your final dose.
  • Only vaccinations with COVID-19 vaccines recognised by the Paul-Ehrlich-Institute will be accepted.
  • Your proof of vaccination must be provided in digital form (Corona-Warn app, LUCA app or CovPass) or by a vaccination certificate – we urge all customers to use the digital form in order to be able to use the "Fast Lane" at the 3G check points.

Option C: Recovered

You are considered to be fully recovered if:

Option C1:

You have been infected with COVID-19 within the last 6 months and more than 28 days ago. The infection must have been evidenced by a positive PCR test, which you must present.

or

Option C2:

If you were infected with COVID-19 more than 6 months ago (the infection must have been evidenced by a positive PCR test that you must present) and you  provide evidence that you have received a dose of COVID-19 vaccine. The proof of vaccination must be presented. Only vaccinations with COVID-19 vaccines recognised by the Paul-Ehrlich-Institute will be accepted.

Since 12 July 2021, the Corona-Warn app (version 2.5.1) can also be used to store EU digital COVID recovery certificates. We urge all customers to use the digital form in order to be able to also use the "Fast Lane" at the 3G check points.

*Chequerboard pattern means: Always one seat space between you and the next person. For this reason, we cannot offer you your regular seats from the 19/20 season. Here is an example:
