Travel and parking

Train:

From the main train station, take the stadium line to the "Fußball-Arena" stop. All match tickets are valid as tickets for local public transport in zones 10 and 20 (bus and tram) operated by the Augsburger Verkehrsgesellschaft three hours before and after the match.

Car:

From the north: B2 (Donauwörth-Augsburg) -> B17 (Landsberg) to the Arena exit

From the east: A8 (München-Stuttgart) -> Augsburg-West exit (towards Augsburg-Landsberg) -> B17 until Arena exit

From the south: B17 (Landsberg-Augsburg) until the Arena exit

From the west: A8 (Stuttgart-München) until Augsburg-West exit (towards Augsburg, Landsberg) -> B17 until Arena exit

Parking spaces:

The car parks P1-P4 are available for away fans. Satellite navigation system input: WWK-Arena, Bürgermeister-Ulrich-Straße 90, 86199 Augsburg.

The parking fee is €10.

Alternatively, the car park at Messe Augsburg can be used. The car park fee is €6 and shuttle buses will run from there to the stadium.

Fan items

The following materials are permitted in the away block for the game in Augsburg:

• Double-holders up to 1.5m
• Flags up to 1.5m
• Fence flags (provided space is available)

Only plastic flagpoles are permitted; wooden poles are not allowed.

Stadium opening and box office:

The stadium will open 120 minutes (13:30 CET) before the game.

There will be a ticket office on site.

Blocks:

The blocks W (standing) and X (seated) are designated for away supporters.

Gastronomy:

In Augsburg, payment is exclusively possible in cashless form. Smartphone payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay as well as the use of Girocard (EC cards) and credit cards are possible.

Is it not permitted to bring in food and drinks.

Alcohol limit:

Persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry to the WWK-Arena.

Bags and rucksacks:

Bags and rucksacks (with the exception of belt and fanny packs) are not permitted.

There is a free drop-off point at the away entrance for bags, rucksacks and items that may not be brought into the stadium. We kindly ask you to hand in such items and bags before proceeding to the admission checks. This avoids unnecessary waiting times.

Photo and video cameras:

Cameras with interchangeable lenses and camera tripods may not be brought in with you.

Miscellaneous:

There is a permanent ban on glass bottles and alcohol in the vicinity of the stadium.

Augsburg Calling:

All fans wearing the TSG Hoffenheim shirt are invited to explore the city and can choose between a free public city tour (Sat/Sun: 11:00/14:00 CET) or free admission to the Leopold Mozart House, the Brechthaus or the Fugger and Welser Museum. Tickets are available from the tourist information office or from the respective museum ticket office.
