The TSG summer schedule

The TSG Hoffenheim summer schedule is taking shape. TSG commenced their preparations for the 2022/23 season with a training session on 26 June. Now there are other events in the diary: in addition to a one-week training camp, Hoffenheim will be contesting five friendlies.

It was the perfect start: on (Saturday) 2 July, TSG travelled to Walldorf to take on Regionalliga club FC-Astoria Walldorf in their first friendly, and ran out 4-0 winners on new coach André Breitenreiter's debut in the dugout. The next friendly is just around the corner too: on (Saturday) 9 July, the team will take on 1. FC Heidenheim in Brackenheim at 15:30 CET.

TSG will then head to their training camp: between 11 and 17 July, André Kramarić & Co. will be in Kitzbühel to complete the most important part of their pre-season preparations. Tickets for the upcoming friendlies in Austria against Puskás Akadémia and Salernitana will only be available from the box office.

The major highlight of pre-season, the season opening ceremony, will then follow on 23 July. In addition to a varied entertainment program, there will also be a friendly against Italian top-flight outfit Verona.

TSG Hoffenheim's first competitive game falls on 31 July. That DFB-Pokal first round tie will be against Regionalliga West side SV Rödinghausen. The new Bundesliga season kicks off away to Borussia Mönchengladbach a week later.
