Advance sale for members against Eintracht Frankfurt begins

Single tickets for the home game against Eintracht Frankfurt have now gone on sale to TSG members via our online shop. Each member may purchase up to eight tickets. Please note that the game can only be seen when logged in. General sale begins on Tuesday 30 November at 14:00 CET, via our online shop too. The ticket limit will also be eight tickets per fan.

Based on the new corona regulations that came into force in Baden-Württemberg on Wednesday 24 November, the access conditions to the PreZero Arena will be adapted to the current parameters. The new corona regulations will mean a reduction to ticket capacities to a maximum of 50% of the total capacity, as well as the implementation of the so-called 2G rule through the newly created alert level II. This is something we have to comply with for the two upcoming home games against Eintracht Frankfurt (4 December) and Borussia Mönchengladbach (18 December). The reduction to the overall capacity will have no effect on our season ticket holders. We sincerely look forward to being able to continue welcoming you into the PreZero Arena and thank you for your amazing support in this difficult situation.

In alert level II (hospitalisation incidences of 6.0, or 450 or more intensive care beds occupied by COVID-19 patients), the 2G rule applies for access to the PreZero Arena for extended infection protection, i.e., all vaccinated or recovered spectators must also present a test certificate from a recognised testing centre (no self-tests). You can also provide a daily rapid test (no older than 24 hours) or a PCR test (no older than 48 hours). These must be valid until the end of the game.

TSG Hoffenheim are doing everything in our power to offer you the greatest possible support during the testing process. We are in active exchange with the Sinsheim public order office and will publish all available test stations with free citizens' tests on our homepage promptly at the beginning of next week. In addition, we are checking whether we can offer a test centre for our visitors ourselves if possible.

Exceptions to the 2G rule apply to:

  • Children up to the age of 7, as well as school pupils who, as a result of weekly testing, can be considered to be of 2G status. Adolescents from the age of 11 up to the age of 17, who attend a secondary school or a vocational school, must present a student card or confirmation from the school as proof.
  • People who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons. The requirement here is the presentation of a medical certificate and a daily rapid test (no older than 24 hours and valid until the end of the game).

Please note that there will be no box office on match day. Tickets for the game can still be booked until half-time via our online shop. Use our online shop on the move and select "Mobile Tickets" as your shipping method!
