Five-year-old boy needs urgent help to save his life
Five-year-old Erkin from Offenau in the district of Heilbronn suffers from a life-threatening metabolic illness. Only a stem cell transplant can save the young boy's life. Anyone who would like to help can sign up in the lead-up to TSG's Bundesliga home game against 1. FC Cologne on 15 October (20:30 CET) and have a registration kit sent to their home.
The HoffeXpress-mobile will be positioned at the PreZero Arena between 18:00 and 20:30 CET on the day of the match. Anyone who is healthy and between the ages of 17 and 55 can sign up there. You can then complete the test at home and return it free of charge.
It is important that the cotton swabs are returned promptly after performing the buccal swab. Only once the tissue markers have been determined in the laboratory will you be available as a donor for the worldwide search.
