Summer travel plan: TSG to play in Telekom Cup
After a five week break, the Hoffenheim first-team will begin their preparations for next season with a training camp in Garmisch-Patenkirchen. Fitness work will be carried out under the Bavarian Mountains from 28th June to 4th July before the team moves to another training base in Zuzenhausen.
On 15th July, Hoffenheim will take part in the Telekom Cup for the first time. The tournament will be held at Borussia-Park in Mönchengladbach and is an unofficial pre-season tournament contested between four Bundesliga teams. TSG will compete against hosts Borussia Mönchengladbach as well as Bayern München and Werder Bremen. Then Nagelsmann’s team head straight to Windischgarsten in Austria to train from 16th to 23rd July.

The final part of TSG’s pre-season training will be conducted in Hoffenheim. The season will begin with the first round of the DFB Pokal (11./12./13./14. August). The Bundesliga starts one week later on Friday 18th August. As soon as training times and friendly matches are confirmed, dates and times will be posted on the website.
