The following car parks are available:
P9 - P11: The public car parks at the stadium (P9 - P11) are usually full at least half an hour before the start of the match. Use of the car parks costs €10 .
Neulandstrasse car parks: The approach to the car parks along Neulandstrasse (P12 and Technik Museum car parks P1-6) is made from the direction of Sinsheim. The use of the P12 car park costs €5, a fee of €10 is charged for the museum car parks.
Freibad car park: You can park free of charge in the car park at the outdoor swimming pool. From here you can reach the stadium on foot in approx. 20 minutes or take the shuttle bus from the railway station. This will take you directly to the stadium.
Disabled parking spaces: We have a certain number of parking spaces available for visitors with disabilities. You can gain access to the disabled parking spaces with your disabled person's pass with the "aG" symbol. We also have disabled parking spaces for those with the "G" symbol and a degree of disability of 50% or more. Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited and when there are none remaining it is not possible to access the car park. Access for wheelchair users is only possible on presentation of a valid admission ticket.
Coaches: For coaches of away fans, the away coach park is available in the stadium grounds of the PreZero Arena, in the immediate vicinity of the away entrance. The car park is signposted accordingly and is exclusively available for away fans. Beyond that, there are no parking facilities for coaches at the PreZero Arena. For all other coaches, the bus terminal at terminal at P9 is available as a drop-off and pick-up point. Due to the requirements of the public transport system, it is not possible to park here permanently, just for drop-off and pick-up at the following times:
Before the match until one hour before kick-off.
Post-match, in the time window of 30-60 minutes after the final whistle.
Access for coaches cannot be guaranteed outside the specified times.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please follow the instructions of the stewards on site. It is also necessary for buses to leave again quickly after boarding/alighting.
In certain situations, it cannot be excluded that buses may be turned away due to capacity utilisation, meaning they will have to go directly to the car parks.
During the match, buses must park in the car parks in the immediate vicinity of the PreZero Arena (e.g. Kraichgau Süd/Nord motorway service area or Kolb car park). The PreZero Arena can be reached from there in approx. 10 minutes on foot. Further information is available on request via fanbetreuung@tsg-hoffenheim.de.
Tickets for football matches in the PreZero Arena are also valid as a ticket for a return journey on the Rhine-Neckar public transport network (VRN) and the Heilbronn/Hohenloher/Haller local public transport (HNV). (Valid on the day of the event until 03:00 on the following day). We strongly recommend travelling by public transport.
Special trains: In addition to the regular timetables, Deutsche Bahn will be running special trains for TSG's Bundesliga matches.
Stops: For a quicker and safer arrival and departure, all trains stop at "Sinsheim Museum/Arena". From there, the PreZero Arena can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes.
Shuttle bus: As a supplementary service, a shuttle bus is available between the bus station in Sinsheim (Elsenz) railway station and the PreZero Arena (Sinsheim-Süd industrial estate Am Hummelberg). This will run from 2.5 hours before the start of the match and until 1 hour after the start of the match.
The local public transport system has set up a shuttle service on seven lines, which will transport stadium visitors from the localities surrounding Sinsheim directly to the stadium. The buses will start running around two-and-a-half hours before the start of the match and then run once every hour. Going in the opposite direction, the buses leave for the respective final stops 30 and 90 minutes after the end of the match.

The PreZero Arena is not only easy to reach by car – you can also get to the stadium comfortably and stress-free on foot or by bike. Make use of the well-developed paths and enjoy your journey without the hassle of traffic or parking.

Your visit
The PreZero Arena opens two hours before the start of the match.
- You will need a valid ticket at the entrances.
- To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we recommend that all fans with Print@Home tickets bring them in printed form.
- For tickets in digital form, please ensure that the brightness of the mobile device is set to maximum and the screen is intact.
The entrance for wheelchair users and people with disabilities is located at the SOUTHEAST entrance.
The south-east, south and south-west entrances are the entrances to the home section (blocks O-V). In this area, away fans and the wearing of jerseys and paraphernalia of other clubs are expressly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance, access to the stadium may be denied or a reprimand be given.
- Simple digital cameras without interchangeable lenses for private use.
- Small umbrellas (foldable).
- Necessary medication can be brought into the stadium. We kindly ask you to register in advance with the fan support (fanbetreuung@tsg-hoffenheim.de) at least three days before the respective home match.
- Only bags with a maximum size of DIN A4 (21x30cm) may be brought into the stadium, with the exception of bags with a compartment (e.g. gym bags or cloth bags). TSG participates in the stadium bag project.
- Walking frames can be taken into certain areas of the arena and parked in the designated ‘walking frame car park’ behind the east stand (Block L). Please register at teambarrierefrei@tsg-hoffenheim.de.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring a rollator into blocks A-H.
- Crutches and walking aids are generally permitted if medically indicated, provided there are no safety-related concerns.
- In the seating area: flags with poles up to 1.5 metres in length with a diameter of no more than 3 cm.
- Posters with greetings and jersey wishes for players must be handed in to the stewards at the entrance to the PreZero Arena due to official fire safety regulations and can be collected there for use ten minutes before the end of the match.
The following fan paraphernalia is generally permitted in the away section of the PreZero Arena (Block G and H):
- Five megaphones
- Three drums (open or visible from below)
- Ten waving flags (over 2.00 m pole length, empty plastic tube)
- unlimited small flags up to 2.00 m pole length, empty plastic tube)
- 25 double holders
- Fence flags (as long as space is available)
- It is not permitted to bring motorbike and bicycle helmets, e-bike batteries, power banks, cables and power supply units (plugs).
- Backpacks, bags or handbags (‘bags’) larger than 21x30cm (DIN A4), with the exception of bags with just one compartment (e.g. gym bags or cloth bags).
- All types of food and drink are prohibited. Exceptions can be found in the stadium regulations.
- Pushchairs for safety reasons (keeping escape and rescue routes clear, evacuation)
- Fireworks, flares, rockets, Bengal fires, smoke powder, smoke candles, smoke bombs,
flares, sparklers and other pyrotechnic objects. - Drugs of all kinds, including cannabis, are not permitted.

There are two drop-off points for items, rucksacks or bags on the stadium grounds. Please note that, for capacity reasons, it is only possible to drop off items for storage at the PreZero Arena to a limited extent. The cost for the drop-off is €5 (cash only!). The drop-off points are located at the end of the VIP P6 car park and next to the ticket sales points (near VIP P1).
TSG Hoffenheim accepts no liability for items handed in.
You can pay at the kiosks using all common payment methods (cash, card, credit card and contactless payment using Apple and Googlepay as well as Bluecode). To further reduce waiting times, the checkouts have been divided into cash and cashless payment.
TSG offers mobile ordering. You can order and pay for food and drinks in the PreZero Arena via your smartphone. After selecting the grandstand and the desired kiosk, you can choose your favourite drinks/food and pay via TSG PAY (by Bluecode) or by credit card (Apple-/Google-Pay can be used). The order can then be conveniently picked up at the mobile order pick-up counter of the respective kiosk using the QR code displayed.

The Fanhaus and the beer garden in front of the Fanhaus open two-and-a-half hours before home matches. It will reopen at the end of the match. The final closing will take place as required. Access for TSG fans only.

Fan ContactsPersons who are clearly under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry to the PreZero Arena. In the event of conspicuous behaviour after entry, you may be expelled from the stadium.
Smoking in the PreZero Arena is prohibited. This also includes the consumption of any e-cigarettes or vaporisers. Smoking is permitted in the circulation area; separate smoking areas are designated.
Children up to the age of 14 are only admitted if accompanied by an adult supervisor. The PreZero Arena can reach a noise level that can damage hearing. We would therefore like to point out that children in particular must wear hearing protection and be appropriately positioned in the PreZero Arena.
