Hoffenheim‘s hallowed halls

Since 2009, the map of German football has had one more attraction on it. The PreZero Arena is one of the most modern and attractive football stadiums in the country.

Arena Tours

From April to November 2019, come and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the PreZero Arena and take a tour through the hallowed halls of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. Follow in the footsteps of Bundesliga stars, all the way from the changing rooms to the pitch of TSG’s home stadium. Experience the unique view from the VIP area and find out what it feels like to be a professional footballer.

Tours do not take place on Sundays, public holidays and during the winter months between December and April. 

Group tours

Tours for groups of 15 people or over:

April to October 2019 ( Only on Mondays from 12:45-17:45)

November 2019 (Only on Mondays from 12:45-16:30)

The PreZero Arena is closed to the public on all other days of the week due to external events. Group tours are only possible when booked in advance via the following email address:

Individual tours

Tours for individuals or groups of less than ten people will take place on an hourly basis between 10:30 and 13:30 on the following Saturdays:

NOTE: There are no reservations for these tours. Tickets are available in the fan shop in the stadium from 10:00 CET onwards.


The stadium tour costs €5 per person. Admission is free for children under the age of seven.

Meeting point

The meeting point for the stadium tour is the entrance to the fan shop. Our tour guides will start the tour from there.

Number of participants

The maximum size of a tour group is 40 people.

Sign Language Tours

Our popular stadium tours are also available in sign language. The maximum group size for one of these tours is 10 people. This tour also costs €5 per person. Further inquiries should be sent to Jacky Horn.
