Rangnick returns to first team duties
The 1899 Hoffenheim coaching staff are once again complete after head coach Ralf Rangnick returned on Monday to take his first session having been on compassionate leave tending to his sick father.
"I'm happy that my father's situation has improved and that I can be here for the next few days. He's not recovered completely, but the latest news is all positive," said Rangnick. The 51-year-old has been away from the club since 3 January after his father Dietrich experienced complications following a groin operation.
