Ticket information update
We are currently receiving frequent requests for season tickets and single match tickets for the upcoming 2021/22 Bundesliga season. We are very pleased with this, as it shows how much we all want a shared stadium experience with our fans as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the current pandemic situation does not allow for reliable predictions in this regard at this stage. As soon as there is a little more clarity and more reliable predictions can be made about the re-admission of fans to our PreZero Arena, we will publish further information in good time.
If, due to the ongoing pandemic, it is still not possible to sell season tickets in summer, season ticket holders for the 2019/2020 season will have an exclusive right to pre-purchase or enter raffles for any available single tickets (see the rules for this season's match against Dortmund).
In this case, the season tickets from the 2019/2020 season will of course remain reserved for the respective season ticket holders until it is once again possible to purchase season tickets – you will keep your usual seats.
