Beier nominated for the "Rookie of the Month" vote
The DFL has nominated TSG's high-flying Maximilian Beier for their September "Rookie of the Month" award. The Hoffenheim striker, who has already won the club's internal "Player of the Month" vote, is up for selection along with Bayer 04 Leverkusen's Victor Boniface and RB Leipzig's Xavi Simons.
Maximilian Beier scored three goals in September and the 20-year-old already has five goals from the opening games of the season. You can vote from Monday at 16:00 CET until Thursday at 23:59 CET. The fan votes account for 40% of the overall result, while 30% come from the votes of the representatives of the 18 Bundesliga clubs and a selection of experts respectively.
