Ticket raffle for the game against FC Augsburg has started
In order to guarantee a fair distribution of the limited number of tickets available, we will hold a raffle among all 2021/22 Bundesliga season ticket holders who have expressed interest. The following conditions apply:
All season ticket holders (invoice recipients) for the current 2021/2022 Bundesliga season can participate. Log in to the TSG Ticket Shop with the customer number that is linked to your registered e-mail address. Should you not have any log-in details, please click on the "password forgotten" option and enter your customer number from an existing bill, e-mail or season ticket. You will receive a link to change your password within 10 minutes. If you have any questions, please contact ticketing@tsg-hoffenheim.de.
Each season ticket holder can now enter the online raffle in the Online Shop (only visible when logged in). The number of tickets that can be applied for corresponds to the number of season ticket seats purchased for this season. The raffle will be open until Thursday 23 December 2021 at 18:00 CET. Please understand we will not be able to accept any further inquiries about the raffle after this time.
The winner will be informed by Wednesday 5 January 2022 at 18:00 CET at the latest. Should the regulations within the Corona Protection Ordinance change in the New Year, we reserve the right to alter the mode of sale at short notice.
The seats in blocks J-N (prices: full price € 40.00, reduced price € 38.00, child price € 11.00) and standing spaces in blocks S1/S2 (prices: full price € 14.00, reduced price € 13.00, child price € 9.00) will be booked according to the best place principle, in accordance with the occupancy plan approved in our hygiene concept. You will receive the Print@home tickets and the invoice by e-mail. Please refrain from inquiries about the status of the raffle.
Please note that by participating in the raffle or purchasing tickets downstream, you accept our hygiene concept, the stadium regulations and the GTCs.
Following the entry into force of the new Corona Ordinance in Baden-Württemberg on Saturday 4 December 2021, the conditions for entry to the PreZero Arena had to be adapted to the current requirements. In alert level II (a hospitalisation incidence rate of 6.0, or with 450 or more intensive care beds occupied by COVID-19 patients), the 2G+ rule applies to access to the PreZero Arena as an additional form of protection: all vaccinated or recovered spectators must also present a test certificate from a recognised testing centre (no self-tests). Both a daily rapid test (no older than 24 hours) and a PCR test (no older than 48 hours) are valid. These must be valid until full-time.
Exceptions to the 2G+ rule:
• People that have already received their booster vaccination
• Vaccinated people whose completed basic immunisation (last required individual vaccination) was no longer than six months ago
• Those who have recovered and whose infection can be proven to have occurred no more than six months ago (proof of infection must be provided by laboratory diagnostics using nucleic acid detection / PCR test)
• Children up to the age of seven, as well as pupils that have a status equivalent to 2G+ due to weekly testing. Adolescents from the age of 11 to 17 who attend a secondary or vocational school must present a student card or confirmation from the school as proof.
• People that cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons. These people must present a medical certificate and a daily updated rapid test (no older than 24 hours and valid until full-time).
Mask mandate: Wearing an FFP2 mask is compulsory at all times, including when seated, due to the corona alert level and the requirements set by the authorities. Please note that other masks, such as cloth masks or fan scarves, are not permitted.

Quick facts about the TSG raffle:
- Every season ticket holder (invoice recipient) can apply for no more than the number of season tickets they have purchased for the 2021/22 Bundesliga campaign. The raffle is there to ensure the fair distribution of the limited number of tickets.
- Registration for the TSG ticket raffle is not a binding ticket order. There are therefore no costs when registering.
- Due to the current Corona Ordinance, a maximum of 750 fans are allowed to attend live Bundesliga home games in the PreZero Arena. We have therefore decided to only open the east stand (blocks J-N) and the standing area (S1/S2).
Prices:
East stand seated area: €40 (full price), €38 (reduced price) and €11 (child price)
Standing area: S1/S2: €14 (full price), €13 (reduced price) and €9 (child price)
All winners will also receive a parking ticket for this game for our VIP parking spaces 6 or 7, in order to ensure a safe journey. The parking tickets will be provided together with the match tickets in Print@Home format.
