Christoph Baumgartner: "We lost our way and were no longer tidy and purposeful in possession. There were a few things lacking off the ball too. That's how a game like this could end 3-3, even though we were the better team for long spells. If you drop off one percent, something like this can happen. That's what we saw today. We didn't manage to close out the game."

Sebastian Hoeness: "We're totally disappointed. About the fact we only scored three goals and the fact we conceded three goals too. The game would've panned out very differently had we taken a 4-1 lead. We need to speak about our chance conversion and our defending. I'm very frustrated. We didn't get our reward in the end."
