Nelson in England squad for U21 Euros
Two Hoffenheim players could well go head-to-head at the U21 European Championships after Reiss Nelson was included in the England squad. The 19-year-old, whose team-mate Nadiem Amiri was last week named in the provisional Germany squad, will feature for the Three Lions at the tournament in Italy and San Marino, which takes place from 16 to 30 June.
Reiss Nelson joined TSG Hoffenheim on loan from Arsenal last season. The forward made 23 Bundesliga appearances for the Kraichgau club, scoring seven goals. The England U21s have been drawn in Group C alongside France, Romania and Croatia.
