Summer travel plan: TSG to play in Telekom Cup

TSG’s preparations for the 2017/18 season will involve, as they did last year, two training camps in the Alps. Hoffenheim will also take part in the Telekom Cup for the first time.

After a five week break, the Hoffenheim first-team will begin their preparations for next season with a training camp in Garmisch-Patenkirchen. Fitness work will be carried out under the Bavarian Mountains from 28th June to 4th July before the team moves to another training base in Zuzenhausen.

On 15th July, Hoffenheim will take part in the Telekom Cup for the first time. The tournament will be held at Borussia-Park in Mönchengladbach and is an unofficial pre-season tournament contested between four Bundesliga teams. TSG will compete against hosts Borussia Mönchengladbach as well as Bayern München and Werder Bremen. Then Nagelsmann’s team head straight to Windischgarsten in Austria to train from 16th to 23rd July.

Tickets for the Telekom Cup are available from today (21st April) and prices range from €12.50 to €40. More information can be found here:
