TSG set for Kaizer Chiefs & University of Pretoria friendlies in South Africa

TSG's winter schedule is starting to take shape. More friendlies have now been confirmed. Hoffenheim will take on Kaizer Chiefs in Johannesburg during their South Africa training camp, but not before a meeting with University of Pretoria FC.

Kaizer Chiefs are currently way out in front in the Premier Soccer League. They have 46 points on the board after 18 games, with second-placed Mamelodi Sundowns sitting 15 points behind. The game will take place on 16th January at 19:30 CET in the FNB Stadium (Johannesburg).

Five days before that (11th January), TSG will face University of Pretoria FC. Markus Gisdol's men will take on the current twelfth-placed side in the South African first division at the Performance Center in Pretoria at 15:00 CET.

Hoffenheim will be in and around Johannesburg between 7th and 17th January in order to prepare for the second half of the Bundesliga season. Until then, the TSG players are enjoying their well deserved holidays.

There will be another friendly on the cards when Hoffenheim return to Germany: Markus Gisdol's side will take on Bröndby IF in the Dietmar-Hopp-Stadion at 14:30 CET on 22nd January.

A further friendly is planned for 25th January. The opponents and kick-off time are not yet confirmed. When more details are known, you will hear about them here on achtzehn99.de.
