Sejad Salihovic: Operation postponed
Hoffenheim's Sejad Salihovic will undergo his knee operation on Monday in Augsburg. The midfielder tore his external meniscus in his right knee during the 0-0 against Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday. His operation was originally planned for today in Straubing.
Sporting director Andreas Müller: “Sejad wanted to get a second opinion and he did that on Monday in Munich. He decided to have the operation six days later than planned as his doctor in Augsburg, who will perform the procedure, is back next week. Either way, we wish him a speedy recovery.”
