Hoffenheim and 1860 play out goalless draw
1899 Hoffenheim recorded a 0-0 draw when they played TSV 1860 München during the last test-match before the restart of the Bundesliga season next Friday against FC Bayern München. Vedad Ibisevic and Pascal Groß missed the best opportunities for Hoffenheim in front of 1000 viewers in the Dietmar-Hopp-Stadion
The winter weather conditions currently taking place in Germany caused the pitch to be difficult to play on. However, the Hoffenheim and 1860 players delivered a determined and partly fast-paced encounter for the fans. 1899 had difficulties to find their rhythm in the first half, but as the game progressed the Bundesliga outfit took control of the game and created several decent chances. All attempts were either denied by 1860-keeper Gabor Kiraly or hit the woodwork and hence Hoffenheim failed to pick up a deserved win.
