TSG apologise for the long waiting times at the kiosks

Even though the season-opening game against Rangers took place a few days ago, we would like to apologise to the many TSG supporters who had to endure long waiting times in front of the kiosks on Saturday. Queues cannot be completely avoided at big events, but the situation on Saturday was totally unacceptable. The fans in the South Stand and the East Stand were especially impacted. This is obviously not the standard we set and we would like to apologise to all fans who were affected.

We spoke to our caterer once again at the beginning of the week about the reasons and the possibilities for optimisation. For the opening game against SC Freiburg, all kiosks will be open and the Mobile Order option will be available again too. Our caterer has promised us that such a situation will not happen again and that they will do everything in their power to win back the trust of TSG fans.
