Bischof scores, Baumgartner assists

Andrej Kramarić won 2-0 away in Türkiye with Croatia. But there was no TSG head-to-head battle, as Ozan Kazak was an unused substitute. Ihlas Bebou and the Togo team drew 1-1 with Burkina Faso, while Angelo Stiller and the Germany U21s were held to a goalless stalemate by Romania. Muhammed Damar, Joshua Quarshie and Umut Tohumcu all featured as the Germany U19s beat Slovenia 3-0; the team did, however, miss out on EURO qualification.

Austria made it two wins from two games in European Championship qualifying. Having already notched a goal and an assist in the 4-1 victory over Azerbaijan, midfielder Christoph Baumgartner also made a decisive contribution against Estonia on Monday when he teed up Michael Gregoritsch to seal a 2-1 victory in the closing stages.

Tom Bischof not only helped the Germany U18 team record a 3-0 win against their French counterparts, but got on the scoresheet himself too. The 17-year-old rounded off the scoring in the 87th minute, having earlier claimed an assist.

Germany's U20s drew 1-1 with Italy. Nahuel Noll played the full 90 minutes, while Fisnik Asllani came on as a substitute with 20 minutes to go. Kevin Akpoguma was an unused substitute for Nigeria's 1-0 triumph over Guinea-Bissau.
