Olá, Albufeira!

Amid perfect conditions, head coach André Breitenreiter called his players out onto the pitch in Albufeira at 16:00 local time. Among the travelling contingent was new signing Kasper Dolberg, who completed his first session with the team. The squad started out with some exercises with athletics coach Martin Seiler, before later training with a ball at their feet.

“We’re looking forward to the conditions here and will enjoy the weather. That creates a positive atmosphere and emotions. In addition, we want to build on the good sessions from December,” said André Breitenreiter once training was over.

The first of the two friendlies organised for the training camp in the Algarve will take place on Friday. TSG will go up against VfL Wolfsburg at 14:30 local time. They will then take on Servette on Monday 9 January (15:30 local time).
