PreZero becomes official partner of TSG eSports

The environmental service provider PreZero has been a sustainability partner of TSG Hoffenheim since January 2019 and has since held, among other things, the naming rights to what is now known as the PreZero Arena in Sinsheim. The company, which is part of the Schwarz Group, is now also the official sustainability partner of the TSG eSports department. The partnership will run for an initial period of one year until 30 September 2022. With this cooperation, PreZero and TSG Hoffenheim are continuing their vision of creating a world in which resources are not wasted.

PreZero is already providing intensive support to TSG in the field of resource-saving waste management. The aim of the cooperation, which has now been expanded, is to focus even more on the topic of sustainability in sport. PreZero and TSG will therefore organise a joint sustainability campaign during the next season of the Virtual Bundesliga (VBL). As part of the campaign, TSG's eSports events will also be climate-neutral in future. The PreZero branding will be prominent on the collar of the eSports players' jerseys. In addition, the company's logo will be in the background during the live stream broadcasts of the TSG matches in the Virtual Bundesliga Club Championship (VBL CC). PreZero will also have a presence on TSG's social media channels, which are becoming more and more popular in the target group alongside the latest successes of the eSports department. In the new format "Road to TSG eChampion", the TSG fan duels will also be presented by PreZero as part of the new partnership.

About a year ago, TSG Hoffenheim founded its first eSports team, which achieved a sensational result in its first season among 26 teams in the VBL CC, reaching the play-offs before narrowly missing out in the semi-finals. On 10 November, TSG face their first double matchday in the VBL CC, which is now in its fourth year and has been increasing in popularity ever since its inception.
