Geiger suspended for three games
The sporting court of the German Football Federation (DFB) has suspended Dennis Geiger for three league matches for committing a minor act of violent conduct. Geiger was sent off by referee Sascha Stegemann for a foul on Karim Onisiwo in the 80th minute of the Bundesliga match away to 1. FSV Mainz 05 on 29 November 2020. TSG Hoffenheim have accepted the suspension and the punishment applies effective immediately.
