TSG launches digital assistant Hoffi

A new digital assistant is here to answer all your queries on Our digital assistant Hoffi will appear in chat to give you the answers you're looking for.

Hoffi can offer assistance when it comes to tickets, merchandise, the TSG app, the club magazine SPIELFELD as well as career opportunities at the club - and is also happy to answer any questions about your favourite players. 

"This new intelligent chatbot solution will make it possible for TSG fans and other interested parties to get in touch with us faster and more conveniently than ever before. All of our online customer communication on common topics such as training times or player profiles will now be automated through our digital assistant," says Ralf Pressler, Head of Digital Performance & Marketing at TSG Hoffenheim.

The chatbot should make accessing information about certain topics as simple as possible for fans. The digital assistant Hoffi will not replace direct communication; instead it will complement it in a contemporary fashion. The assistant is based on Artificial Intelligence technology. It learns from each interaction and can therefore answer recurring questions better and better each time it encounters them. Digital assistants are systems that enable automated two-way communication. They are accessible around the clock on any platform and help customers by providing immediate answers to enquiries.
