Sejad Salihovic suffers a tear in his external meniscus

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim's Sejad Salihovic tore his external meniscus in his right knee during the 0-0 against Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday

A scan on Sunday morning in Heidelberg revealed the news. The midfielder will have an operation on Tuesday in Straubing and will be out for an indeterminate period of time. An estimated return date will be more likely after the operation.
