Usami nominated for the Olympics
Takashi Usami has been called up for the Japanese Olympic football team. The 20-year-old midfielder will therefore take part in the Olympic Games in London and miss out some of the teams summer preparation for the new season.
Japan starts their Olympic Games campaign on July 26th against Spain. Morocco is next on July 29th and finally Honduras on August 1st. The final matches of the tournament will be held between August 4th and 11th.
