Salihovic disciplined by Hoffenheim
Midfielder Sejad Salihovic has been given a two-match suspension by TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and will not be in the matchday squads for the club's upcoming two games in the Bundesliga against 1. FC Köln and (March 4th) FC Bayern München (March 10th). He will also not train with the first team but with the reserves.
Manager Markus Babbel made the following statement: “For disciplinary reasons, Sejad Salihovic will not take part in first team duties for the next two games. After the match with Bayern München, the matter will have been settled, as far as I'm concerned. Then he can begin competing for a place in the team like everyone else in the squad.”
