Sejad Salihovic made his debut for the club in 2006 following a transfer from Hertha Berlin. Since then the Bosnian has become a valuable part of the fabric at Hoffenheim having scored 25 goals in his career so far. Salihovic has helped Hoffenheim become a side now challenging for a place in Europe, having been promoted from the regional league south in 2007. While many of the Hoffenheim players will be taking a well earned break this week, "Sali" will be on international duty in the World Cup play-offs against Portugal.
Since the days of the regional league, Sejad Salihovic has been a consistent performer in Ralf Rangnick's team. At the end of November it is expected the "Sali" will make his 100th appearance in an 1899 Hoffenheim shirt. This seems like the perfect opportunity to say 'thanks!' and to celebrate the occasion Hoffenheim have released a commemorative t-shirt.
