Fan information for the game away to Hertha BSC

The Hoffenheim fan representatives have prepared all the important information you need to know ahead of the away match against Hertha BSC (Sunday at 15:30 CET).

Travel and parking

Train:

Travel by train is recommended (S-Bahn stop: Olympiastadion). Important info: FFP2 masks must still be worn on local public transport in Berlin.

Car:

Coming from Dortmund, Hanover/Magdeburg:

Take the A2 and then continue on the A10 towards Hamburg (nördlicher Berliner Ring). Take the Spandau exit (Heerstraße/ B2/ B5). Turn left off of Heerstraße into Passenheimer Straße.

Coming from Munich/Nuremberg, Leipzig:

Take the A9 towards Berlin and then continue on the A10 (nördlicher Berliner Ring). Keep right, continue on the A115 and follow the signs for Berlin-Tegel Flughafen/ Berlin-Zentrum/ Zehlendorf/ Potsdam-Zentrum. At the 1-Dreieck Funkturm junction, keep right and follow the signs for the A100 towards Hamburg/ Wedding/ Zentrum/ Messedamm ICC. Keep right at the fork, follow the signs towards Zentrum/ Messedamm/ Messegelände ICC and continue on Halenseestraße. Follow the road onto Messedamm. Turn left onto Masurenallee. Take the fourth exit (Heerstraße/ B2/ B5) at the roundabout. Follow Heerstraße until you reach Flatowalle and turn onto it. The Olympiastadion Berlin is right in front of you.

Parking:

The official away car park is PO7. The parking fee is €7. You can otherwise park free of charge along Heerstraße. The disabled parking spaces are located in car park PO5.

Coaches:

  • The inbound journey for coaches is the same as with cars.
  • Coaches can park on Jesse-Owens-Allee. It's free of charge.

Fan utensils

The following items are permitted in the away sector for the match in Berlin:

  • Fence flags/banners
  • 20 small flags with a pole length under 1.5m
  • 10 double-holders

Stadium opening and box office:

The stadium will open 120 minutes (13:30 CET) prior to kick-off.

There will be no box office on the day.

Stadium:

Admission exclusively via the "Südtor" entrance.

Away sector: The away sector is in blocks G and H.

It is strictly forbidden to wear away fan clothing outside of the away block!

Toilets:

The toilets in the away sector are currently being renovated and are therefore closed. There are containers in front of the block, which you must leave to access.

Gastronomy:

Payment with cash as well as card payment and contactless payment are possible, e.g. via Apple/Google Pay.

Drop-off point:

  • Baggage drop-off in car park P05.
  • Backpacks and bags (larger than DIN-A4) should be left in the bus or car.

Permitted items:

  • Digital cameras and photographic devices (without interchangeable lenses) for private use.
  • The lenses must not exceed a focal length of 55mm.  
  • Tetrapaks up to 0.5l (alcohol-free).
  • Belt pouches and bags up to a size of DIN-A4.

Protection concept "Where is Lotte?":

  • Support and assistance for victims of discrimination of any kind such as sexism, racism or anti-LGBTQ.
  • "Team Lotte" are recognisable by their pink vests.
  • Away fans should please contact the number given and will then be picked up (due to the separation of sectors) from the away sector and accompanied to a safe room.
  • Code word: "Wo is Lotte?"
  • Safe room: Block O.
