Fan trip to Kitzbühel a roaring success

The TSG group had to be ready for a punctual departure at 9 a.m. on 14 July. With the TSG Hoffenheim fan representatives Lukas Zülch, Philipp Krauss and student trainee Gloria Ganter on board, the coach set off for Kitzbühel.

Almost seven hours and a safe journey with bus driver Lothar later, the fans arrived at their destination. Surrounded by mountains, the tour participants moved into their new lodgings to freshen up for a fun evening at the Brugger-Alm in Jochberg, a neighbouring village of Kitzbühel.

The second day started with a first visit to a team training session. After many football-related discussions and autograph and selfie requests, the trip participants went to a nature park, where they went for a walk in the high ground amidst deer and goats.

When night fell, the first big highlight of the trip came: a fan evening with the playing squad.

After the fans had enjoyed sausages and steaks from the grill, the team arrived by bike and proceeded to mingle with the supporters. They talked, joked, played and sang together. Angelo Stiller, Georginio and Oliver Baumann even grabbed the microphone to show off their singing talents. It was an evening that will live long in the memory of all those who were there.

On Saturday, another training session was on the agenda before the friendly match in the afternoon. The crowd were treated to an eventful 2-2 draw with US Salernitana. Throughout the game, the team were buoyed by the loud support they received from the sidelines. The evening was then spent with some mini games at the HoffExpress.

On Sunday, the participants returned home with many unforgettable memories. The fan support team would like to thank all the tour participants, not to mention the fans who arrived off their own bat, for the wonderful days they spent with us. We are delighted to have you as fans of our TSG!
