#TSGB04: Leverkusen are strong on the road

On Saturday (15:30 CET, live updates on tsg-hoffenheim.de), TSG Hoffenheim will welcome Bayer 04 Leverkusen to the PreZero Arena for their last home game of the season. Leverkusen are currently third in the table and have Champions League qualification in sight – due in no small part to Gerardo Seoane's team's strong performances on their travels. tsg-hoffenheim.de have all the facts and figures you need to know ahead of #TSGB04.

Did you know that …

…TSG suffered their first Bundesliga defeat to Leverkusen?

On Matchday 3 of the 2008/09 season, TSG Hoffenheim tasted defeat for the first time in the Bundesliga, losing 5-2 to Leverkusen on 30 August 2008.

…Leverkusen score a lot of goals away from home?

Bayer Leverkusen have already scored 37 away goals this season – a club record. Only Bayern Munich have found the net away from home more often this season (47). That has been enough to fire Leverkusen into second place in the away table this season.

…two assist record-breakers will face off?

Both TSG's David Raum and Leverkusen's Moussa Diaby have set new records for assists for their clubs this season. While David Raum is already out on his own with 13 assists, Diaby is currently sharing the Leverkusen record with three other players on 11 assists.

…Leverkusen are something of a bogey team for TSG?

TSG have taken only 0.9 points per game on average from the 27 Bundesliga matches against Bayer 04 Leverkusen. They have only managed fewer points in the Bundesliga against Bayern Munich (0.6).

… Hoffenheim came back from a two-goal deficit in the reverse fixture?

On Matchday 16, it looked like Hoffenheim were heading for defeat. But thanks to goals from Angelo Stiller on 80 minutes and Munas Dabbur three minutes later, coach Sebastian Hoeness' team managed to salvage a 2-2 draw.
