Fan information for the game in Frankfurt

The Hoffenheim fan representatives have compiled all the important information to prepare fans for TSG's away match against Eintracht Frankfurt (Saturday, 15:30 CET).

Directions and parking

Getting to the stadium:

The stadium can be reached from all directions via the A3. At the Frankfurt-Süd junction, take the B44 towards Frankfurt-Stadtmitte/Stadion. From there, follow the signs for the stadium car parks.

Cars:

Fans arriving by car are advised to use the "Waldparkplatz" car park. The parking fee for cars is €6. The "Gleisdreieck" car park is reserved exclusively for home fans.

Buses:

Car park P9, which can be reached via the Mörfelder Landstrasse (heading away from the city), is designated for use by away fan buses. The parking fee for buses is €20.

Please note: The stadium is located within the environmental zone. A green environmental badge is mandatory if you drive to the stadium's car parks and the city centre.

Public transportation:

There is no explicit shuttle transfer for those travelling by train and arriving at Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof).

From the Hauptbahnhof, you can take the S-Bahn lines S7, S8 and S9 to the stadium (http://www.rmv.de). Deutsche Bank Park is within walking distance (about 800 m) of the S-Bahn station "Stadion".

Further information

Stadium opening and box office:

The stadium will open 120 minutes before the match (13:30 CET).

There will be no box office on match day.

Stadium:

Away fans with standing room tickets will be in block 20, while those with assigned seats will be in blocks 21H, 20C, 21G and 21L.

Food and drink:

Payments can be made with cash or MainPay. The digital payment systems Google Pay or Apple Pay are accepted in the stadium, but only when linked to a Master Card.

Visa or Maestro cards are not accepted.

Fan items

The following items are allowed in the away section during the game in Frankfurt:

  • Small flags with a pole length up to a maximum of 2.00 metres
  • 15 small two-poled banners (up to a pole length of 2 m)
  • 10 large swivel flags (with a pole length of greater than 2 m)
  • Fence flags (as long as there is sufficient space and the flags do not hang over any advertisements)

Coronavirus rules

There are no pandemic-related access restrictions. The obligation to wear a mask (medical or FFP2 mask) both on the stadium grounds and in seats also no longer applies.

Bags and backpacks:

Bum bags are allowed in principle. Other bags are subject to restrictions, and we advise fans not to bring them into the stadium where possible. Bags must not exceed 210 mm x 297 mm (A4) in size. There will be no facilities to drop off bags at the stadium on Sunday.

Cameras:

Cameras (up to a size of 20 x 12 cm) may be brought into the stadium for private use. In the case of cameras with interchangeable lenses, fans are only allowed to bring in one lens in total. Video cameras are not permitted.

Alcohol limit:

Persons who are clearly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be allowed inside Deutsche Bank Park. Persons who are found to have a blood alcohol concentration of more than 1.6 per mille are not permitted to enter Deutsche Bank Park.
