Information for visiting the stadium for the match against Stuttgart

Friday evening, floodlights, derby, entertainment – and you can be there live. We have put together all the important points that you need to take into consideration for your stadium visit for the match against VfB Stuttgart on Friday (20:30 CET / Live Ticker at tsg-hoffenheim.de).

Admission slots:

For the home game against VfB Stuttgart on 25 February, we'll again be using entry slots. You can find them here.

Contact tracing:

With the entry into force of the new Coronavirus Regulation for Baden-Württemberg, contact tracing will no longer be required as of 9 February 2022.

Masks:

It is compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask at all times around and in the PreZero Arena!

The 3G model is a prerequisite for stadium admission:

In addition to a valid ticket and an identity card/passport, proof of full vaccination, a certificate of recovery or a test certificate from a recognised testing centre must be presented (please note the exceptions here). This can be either a daily rapid test or a PCR test, which must not be older than 24 hours (rapid test) or 48 hours (PCR test) and must be valid until the end of the event. Self-tests are not permitted. All proof must be submitted in digital form.

Exceptions:

  • Children up to and including 5 years old and 6 and 7 year old children who have not yet started school.
  • Pupils who attend a primary school, a special educational and counselling centre, a school building on primary school or a vocational school, as they are regularly tested three times a week in school. The exception applies only to pupils up to and including 17 years of age. Proof of school attendance in the form of a student ID card or a school certificate is mandatory.

The following test deadlines therefore apply for the home game against VfB Stuttgart:

Antigen rapid test: Thursday 24 February - 22:30 CET

PCR test: Wednesday 23 February - 22:30 CET

All older tests will no longer be valid on the day of the match. Please take urgent note of this!

Complete vaccination:

The following persons are considered to be vaccinated:

  • Vaccinated people with a full basic immunisation.
  • At least 14 days must have passed since of final dose.
  • Only vaccinations with Covid-19 vaccines recognised by the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut will be accepted.
  • Proof of vaccination must be provided in digital form (Corona Warn app, Luca app or CovPass).

Proof of recovery:

The following persons are considered to have recovered:

  • The person must have been infected with Covid-19 less than three months ago and more than 28 days ago. An infection must be confirmed by a positive PCR test.
  • The person must have been infected with Covid-19 more than 3 months ago (positive PCR test must be submitted) and must be able to prove vaccination with a vaccine on the list of the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut.

Admission

  • The usual personal checks are carried out at the entrance. In addition, a 3G check will be carried out along with an inspection of your tickets and an ID/passport check.

Grandstands

  • It is compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask around the stadium and in the stands. The mask may only be removed to consume food and drink.
  • Smoking is still prohibited in the stands.
  • Please ensure good hand hygiene and use the hand sanitiser provided.
  • Please observe the etiquette for coughing and sneezing.

Around the stadium

  • Wearing an FFP2 mask is mandatory in the areas around the stadium and in the stands. Masks may only be removed for eating and drinking.
  • Smoking areas are designated along the outer fences.
  • The shelves may once again be used for food and drink consumption.

Please note that there will only be two box offices on the day of the match. In order to avoid long queues and waiting times, we ask all fans who have made a late decision to attend the game to purchase their tickets via our Online Shop! Please therefore use our Online Shop even if you are on the go and select "Mobile tickets" as the delivery type!
