TSG Hoffenheim and Audi extend partnership

The partnership between TSG Hoffenheim and Audi, which has already been in place for 12 years, is being extended until 30 June 2023. As a Business Premium Partner, the exclusive automotive partner will also be able to use an extensive portfolio of advertising opportunities relating to the Bundesliga football club.

"Audi first became a TSG partner after the club's promotion to the Bundesliga. We are proud to have one of the most renowned German companies, with whom we have close regional ties, loyally by our side," says Denni Strich, TSG Hoffenheim's managing director for marketing and sponsorship. "The partnership with Audi is perfect, especially when it comes to preparing for a future in which we place even more focus on sustainable action and look to boost the e-mobility of our club," explains Strich. The Audi fan club, which was established at the launch of the partnership and is mainly made up of employees from the Audi plant in Neckarsulm, has formed a profound connection between TSG and its long-standing sponsor, one that goes far beyond a business relationship.

Fred Schulze, plant manager at Audi's Neckarsulm facility since May 2021, highlights the special quality of the partnership with TSG: "Like TSG Hoffenheim, Audi is a company firmly anchored in the region. At the same time, both partners operate in a national and international environment," says Schulze. "With the Bundesliga and perhaps a European competition again next season, TSG offer us an ideal platform with which to bring our affinity for sport and our commitment to the region to life. Our partnership, which has existed since 2009, illustrates the high regard in which we hold this."
