750 tickets against Gladbach - raffle starts for the game against the foals

We'll be cheering on coach Sebastian Hoeneß's team live online once again this year for their TSG home game. We would have loved to have celebrated the end of the year together with all of you in the PreZero Arena, but because of the regulations in Baden-Württemberg, only 750 spectators can be present at a Bundesliga game, including our last home game of the year against Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday 18 December at 15:30 CET. However, we would still like to give some of our loyal fans the opportunity to be there. We know of course that many more of you would love to come, but unfortunately, we don't have any other option. To find a fair solution, all season ticket holders can now register to be part of a ticket raffle for the game against Mönchengladbach.

This is how the TSG ticket raffle works: All season ticket holders (invoice recipients) for the current 2021/22 Bundesliga season can take part. Simply log in to the TSG ticket shop with your customer number, which is linked to your e-mail address. If you don't have your login details, please go to "Forgotten password" and enter your customer number from your present invoice, e-mail, or season ticket. Within ten minutes, you'll receive a link to change the password. If you have any questions, please contact ticketing@tsg-hoffenheim.de.

Every season ticket holder can now apply for the number of season tickets they have purchased for the current season via the raffle event on the online shop (only visible when logged in). The raffle will be open until 12:00 CET on Tuesday 14 December 2021. We ask for your understanding that we won't be able to accept any requests for the raffle after that time.

The winners will then be notified by 14:00 CET on Thursday 16 December at the latest.

With the new corona regulations having come into force in Baden-Württemberg on Saturday 4 December 2021, the access conditions to the PreZero Arena also had to be adapted to the current requirements. In alert level II (a hospitalisation incidence rate of 6.0, or 450 or more intensive care beds being occupied by COVID-19 patients), the 2G+ rule applies for access to the PreZero Arena, for extended infection protection, where all vaccinated or recovered spectators must also present a test certificate from a recognised testing centre (no self-tests). Both a daily rapid test (no older than 24 hours) and a PCR test (no older than 48 hours) are valid. These must be valid until full-time.

Exceptions to the 2G+ rule:
• People that have already received their booster vaccination
• Vaccinated people whose completed basic immunisation (last required individual vaccination) was no longer than six months ago
• Those who have recovered and whose infection can be proven to have occurred no more than 6 months ago (proof of infection must be provided by laboratory diagnostics using nucleic acid detection / PCR test)
• Children up to the age of 7, as well as pupils that are identified with the 2G+ status due to weekly testing. Adolescents from the age of 11 to 17 that attend a secondary or vocational school must present a student card or confirmation from the school as proof.
• People that cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons. These people must present a medical certificate and a daily updated rapid test (no older than 24 hours and valid until full-time).

Mask mandate: Wearing an FFP2 mask is compulsory at all times, including when seated, due to the corona alert level and the requirements of the authorities. Please note that other masks, such as cloth masks or fan scarves, are not permitted.

You can find all of the detailed information here on the TSG ticket shop.

We kindly ask you to refrain from enquiring about the status of the raffle.

Here are the quick facts about the TSG raffle again:

  1. Every season ticket holder (invoice recipient) can apply for a maximum of the number of season tickets they have purchased for the 2021/22 Bundesliga season. The raffle is there to ensure the fair allocation of the limited number of tickets.
  2. Registration for the TSG ticket raffle is not a binding ticket order. Therefore, there are no costs when registering.
  3. Due to the current corona regulations, a maximum of 750 fans are allowed to attend live Bundesliga home games in the PreZero Arena. We have therefore decided to only open the east stand (blocks J-N) and the standing area (S1/S2).

Prices:

East stand seated area: 40 euros (full price), 38 euros (reduced), and 11 euros (child)

Standing area: S1/S2: 14 euros (full price), 13 euros (reduced), and 9 euros (child)

All winners will also receive a parking ticket for this game for our VIP parking spaces 6 or 7, to ensure a safe journey. The parking tickets will be provided together with the game tickets in the Print@Home format.

  1. Information regarding refunds to season ticket holders for the games against Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Mönchengladbach will follow in calendar week 50. The respective amounts will be refunded separately and cannot be offset against a possible prize allocation. Please pay special attention to this!
