Important changes to contact tracing at TSG's home games

In coordination with the Department for Health and Public Order, contact tracing can now be mapped via the ticket purchaser (invoice recipient). This means the LUCA app/TSG guest registration is no longer necessary.

In order to track chains of infection as part of a series of measures to combat the corona pandemic, it is necessary (based on legal obligations or official orders, for example) for TSG Hoffenheim to record the contact details of the purchaser and, if necessary, pass them on to the authorities at their request. The purchaser or invoice recipient of the tickets shall additionally be obliged to retain the relevant information (surname, first name, address and telephone number) of other ticket users if he/she passes on purchased tickets to third parties for use. In particular, in the event of a proven case of coronavirus infection in the PreZero Arena, TSG Hoffenheim may be obliged to pass on this data as well as the time and duration of the visit to the PreZero Arena to the relevant health authority so that it can contact the purchaser and/or ticket holder in order to trace and interrupt chains of infection as quickly as possible. The health authority will then contact the actual ticket purchaser and, if necessary, request the contact details of the ticket users who were in the stadium with the ticket purchaser.

These regulations will come into immediate effect at the men's Bundesliga home games at the PreZero Arena and the women's games at the Dietmar-Hopp-Stadion. The LUCA app and/or the TSG guest registration will remain in force for the U23s' matches at the Dietmar-Hopp-Stadion. Thank you for taking note.
