Fan information for the game in Augsburg

Finally with you again! On Saturday, TSG Hoffenheim kick off their campaign in the 2021/22 Bundesliga season – and you can be there. The Hoffenheim fan representatives have compiled all the important information to prepare away drivers for TSG's Bundesliga match against Augsburg (Saturday, 15:30 CET).

General information

  • Spectators must provide proof of 3G status (vaccinated, recovered, tested) before entering the stadium. You can find all the information here.
  • For the away section, however, fans with evidence printed on paper do not have to go to one of the check points, but can instead proceed directly to the away entrance. 3G documents will be checked in an upstream check before you reach the turnstiles. A government-issued photo ID must be shown as proof of identity. Without proof of identity, the proof of 3G status will not be recognised.
  • Masks must be worn throughout the entire stadium area (including parking spaces). Please note: FFP2 mask or surgical mask required – simple cloth face masks are not permitted. Masks can be removed while you are at your seat. Therefore, food and drink must be consumed at your seat, and the same applies to smoking.
  • The "chequerboard pattern" will be used for seats in the stands, i.e. the seats directly next to, in front of and behind each person must remain vacant in order to maintain the necessary safe distance.
  • Flags and two-poled banners with poles up to 2 metres in length and 2 cm in diameter are permitted. The flagpoles must be made of plastic – wood is not permitted.
  • Fence flags are permitted (as long as there is sufficient space). Requests regarding any other fan merchandise, including banners containing writing, must be submitted to the fan relations team for approval in advance.
  • The stadium doors will open two hours before kick-off (13:30 CET).
  • The box office will not be open on the day.
  • The away sections are blocks W and X and can be accessed via gate 5.
  • In the entire stadium, only cashless payments by means of a top-up card or smartphone (Bluecode) are possible. The top-up cards can also be purchased in the away section (with a €2 deposit), topped up and returned.
  • Only non-alcoholic beverages will be served on match day. You cannot bring food and drink in with you.
  • The disabled car park is located within car park PD. Free parking is available in the disabled car park for persons who have an AG (extreme disability) sticker or a BI (blind) sticker.
  • At the away fans' entrance there will be a free drop-off point for bags, backpacks and items that are not allowed to be taken to the stadium.
