Info: 2021/2022 season tickets

In view of the many unknown factors still surrounding the disease, combined with the uncertainties regarding the speed of vaccination and the resulting regulatory requirements imposed by the government and the league, we have decided not to start classic season ticket sales for the time being. We would like to monitor developments actively and attentively in the coming weeks. A lot of things simply cannot be reliable planned or predicted at this stage.

Should it be foreseeable for the above reasons that we will not be able to start season ticket sales before the league starts, we will of course – if possible – guarantee the ticket sales process with the usual advantages for our season ticket holders (from the 2019/2020 season). That means: 

• Season ticket holders from the 2019/2020 season in any case have an exclusive right to pre-purchase tickets or enter raffles for any available individual tickets (following the same process as the game against Dortmund this season). 
• Should games be played without any restrictions at a later date, every season ticket holder has a right to pre-purchase his/her usual seat from the 2019/2020 season.

Normal season ticket sales will then be started at a later date, once the situation permits this. Possible scenarios include, for example, after an international break or the classic half-season ticket for the second half of the season. 

The decision we have now made has not been an easy one for us – because we want nothing more than to be able to enjoy football in our PreZero Arena with you again. However, it was important for us not to have anyone make an advance payment while we cannot reliably say that we can go into the Bundesliga season with our 16,000 season ticket holders all in the standing and seating areas. 

As we have learned over the past months, things can change quickly, so we will constantly keep in touch with you via our newsletter. If anything should change for you as a season ticket holder, we will inform you immediately by email.
