Baumann set for spell on sidelines

Goalkeeper Oliver Baumann's season is over. The 30-year-old has been suffering from an inflammation of the pubic bone for some time and will now undergo medical treatment.

"Oli has kindly put himself at the team's disposal in recent weeks and has been a safe pair of hands as per usual in what has been a challenging season," said director of football Alexander Rosen.

Baumann made 40 competitive appearances for TSG Hoffenheim this season in the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and Europa League.
