It goes without saying that our service team will continue to remain contactable by phone and e-mail up to 23 December. We will be happy to help you exclusively via e-mail over the festive season, though we ask you to understand that there may be some delays during the holidays.

The TSG Online Shop, with its numerous Christmas gift options, will of course remain open. If you place your order by 20 December, it is guaranteed to arrive at your home in time for Christmas!

Ticketing hotline reachable until 23 December  

The TSG Hoffenheim ticketing hotline will not be reachable during the period from 24 December up to and including 10 January 2021, and e-mails cannot be processed during this time. Normal service will be resumed on (Monday) 11 January. Please stay healthy and have a good start to 2021!
