Important Coronavirus information for stadium visitors

In light of the incremental admission of spectators, the hygiene concept developed by TSG Hoffenheim, the Rhine-Neckar district health authority and the Sinsheim public order office stipulates that visitors should arrive and depart the stadium separately. Sufficient car parking spaces are available around the PreZero Arena.

In order to avoid possible infection chains, there will therefore be NO special public transport to and from the stadium on Sunday 27 September 2020 and NO shuttle service from Sinsheim main station to the PreZero Arena.

Time slots for admission

We are obliged to provide time slots for stadium admission in order to meet the requirements of the Coronavirus regulations, which stipulate that crowds of people must be kept separate from one another:

Admission:

Between 13:30 CET (when the stadium opens) and 14:00, access to all sections of the PreZero Arena is unrestricted. After this time, the following rules apply:

North stand:

Block A+B+E: from 14:00 to 14:29 

Block C+D+F: from 14:30 to 15:00 

North-east stand:

Block G1+G2: from 14:00 to 14:29 

Block H1+H2: from 14:30 to 15:00 

East stand:

Block I+J+K: from 14:00 to 14:29 

Block L+M+N: from 14:30 to 15:00 

South stand:

Block O+P+S1+S2+T: from 14:00 to 14:29 

Block Q+R+U+V+W: from 14:30 to 15:00 

Time slots do not apply for wheelchair users!

We ask for strict adherence to the given time slots. Admission after 15:00 will only be granted in legitimate exceptional cases.

We must also ensure that crowding is avoided when exiting the stadium. Exit will take place in reverse order to entry in order to accommodate those who received the earlier admission slots:

Exit:

North stand:

Block A+B+E: from 17:15 to 17:29 

Block C+D+F: from 17:30 

North-east stand:

Block G1+G2: from 17:15 to 17:29

Block H1+H2: from 17:30 

East stand:

Block I+J+K: from 17:15 to 17:29 

Block L+M+N: from 17:30 

South stand:

Block O+P+S1+S2+T: from 17:15 to 17:29 

Block Q+R+U+V+W: from 17:30

If the blocks in the first exit slot are vacated ahead of schedule, then the time window for the second exit slot will be moved forward. Please follow the instructions of the security staff and pay attention to stadium announcements and information displayed on the large screen.

Only if every attendee consistently adheres to the hygiene concept will it be possible to continue playing with spectators in the future.

Visitor registration

Please note that our hygiene concept, in addition to our stadium regulations and the General Terms & Conditions, is an important part of special match operations. In purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with all three sets of regulations. In addition, a valid photo identification (identity card or passport) as well as a completed TSG registration form must be presented upon admission. This is to ensure that any possible chains of infection can be traced. Please make sure to have all three documents available at the entrance so as not to delay the scheduled admission times. Important information: please note that it will not be possible to enter the stadium wearing away team clothing.
