Kramarić named in Team of the Round

Deserved praise for a masterful performance: after scoring a hat-trick in TSG's 3-2 opening day win away to 1. FC Cologne, Andrej Kramarić has been included in the Team of the Round by ''kicker'', ''BILD am Sonntag'' and ''ARD Sportschau''. The Croatian was even named Player of the Round by ''kicker.'' The specialist football magazine dedicated the following words to the 29-year-old striker: ''His speed of thought helped him pounce on Hector's back-pass, he converted his penalty with aplomb and he skillfully duped a tired Cologne defence right at the end - Kramarić seems to have what it takes to succeed this season. That's not all that was worthy of praise and mention: after seeing his side wrongfully awarded a corner kick, Kramarić admitted to the referee that he was the last player to touch the ball. A sporting gesture, almost as important as a goal.''
