Bundesliga fixtures: TSG to start new season in Frankfurt

This Friday, the German Football League (DFL) announced the fixtures for the 2019/20 Bundesliga season. TSG Hoffenheim will start the new campaign with an away match: on Matchday 1 (17/18 August), head coach Alfred Schreuder's side will travel to Frankfurt to face Eintracht.

The club's first home match will take place a week later (23-25 August), when Werder Bremen will be the visitors at the PreZero Arena. Matchday 3 will see Hoffenheim travel to play Champions League participants Bayer 04 Leverkusen, before SC Freiburg come to Sinsheim for the Baden-Württemberg derby on Matchday 4 (13-15 September). TSG will face reigning champions Bayern Munich on Matchday 7 (4-6 October). The first half of the season will come to a close with a home match against Borussia Dortmund (20-22 December).

03 August: Season opening event and friendly against Sevilla in Sinsheim (15:30 CET)

10 August: DFB Cup First Round away to Würzburger Kickers (18:30 CET)

17–18 August: Bundesliga Matchday 1 fixture away to Eintracht Frankfurt
