Alexander Rosen commits his future to TSG Hoffenheim

The most notable sporting successes of Alexander Rosen's time at the club have included participation in both the Europa League and the Champions League. ''Continuing our successful collaboration with Alex is the logical next step after the past six years spent working together in following the TSG way. I'm delighted that the management level of the club will be able to depend on the continued stability and sense of mutual identification that his presence in the role of sporting director offers. Alex's presence at the club will be vital in our quest to achieve the objectives we have set for ourselves,'' says TSG managing director Frank Briel.

Alexander Rosen first came to TSG as an U23 player. He's remained at the club ever since, occupying various roles over the years, including director of the academy. Since 2013, he has been responsible for overseeing the first team squad in the role of sporting director. ''TSG is much more than just my employer. For the past ten years or so, I've been able to actively play a part in deciding the fortune of the club across the various positions I've occupied. For a long time now, Hoffenheim has been much more than just my sporting home,'' says the Augsburg-born Rosen. ''I consider it a great privilege to be given such trust and freedom in my role. That makes it easy for me to enter into every day with high levels of motivation and a clearly-defined set of ambitions.''
