Posch: "Of course we're disappointed''

Oliver Baumann: ''We're not really moving in the right direction at the moment, but despite that, we still managed to put in a good away performance. It wasn't easy to come here and play the way we did, especially with ten men. It was also hard given all the injuries we have at the moment. It's a real shame that we've not been able to see out games like today's and the one in Leipzig. It really hurts.''

Andre Kramaric: ''I'm so annoyed and disappointed. The whole season has been like today's match. We really should have won the game. We work hard and we play well too, but we still end up dropping too many points, points we need to pick up if we want to qualify for the Europa League. It's a feeling you can't really describe, it's just such a shame.''

Adam Szalai: ''We lost, of course that's hard to take. We deserved to take a 2-1 lead, and then we had a few more chances to score. Things got difficult after the red card. In the end we weren't able to withstand the massive pressure we were under. In football, you can only really call it a deserved win when you leave the pitch three or four goals up on the scoreboard. It's not easy playing a man down, but that doesn't automatically mean you lose the match. It's not looking so good right now for next season. We have to pick up as many points as possible in our remaining matches, but the outlook isn't great at the moment.''

Stefan Posch: ''Of course we're disappointed. It was a fantastic game of football for the spectators, but ultimately a bitter one for us given the way we conceded a couple of goals right at the end. We didn't play as well once we went down to ten men. Frankfurt had an obvious advantage playing in front of this kind of crowd. It really gives them a lot of energy and self-belief. We were faced by constant waves of opposition attacks and in the end it was all decided by a small positional error.''

TSG Coach Julian Nagelsmann: ''Congratulations to Frankfurt for the three points. Any team that wins those kind of matches is going to be relatively well-placed in the table. We were happy enough with how things went in the first half. I felt the first goal we conceded reflected the run of play up till that point. We came out really strongly at the start of the second half and we deserved to take the lead. Then we hit the woodwork, the 18th time we've done so this season. We're league leaders when it comes to that particular statistic. After Adams was sent off for a second yellow card we weren't able to defend on the front foot. It's a painful one. I'm definitely not known for being someone who complains, but for the past three weeks we've been training with only 12 outfield players. We have a lot of absentees.''

Eintracht Coach Adi Hütter: ''It was a brilliant game to watch, with loads of goal-scoring opportunities. The turning point was definitely the red card for Kasim Adams. That gave us the upper hand. The mentality the team played with was really good. At the end of the day, it was a fortunate win for us, and one which is really important.''
